It is important that all Avito managers clearly understand the processes that help them manage the team, and also know with whom they can discuss all issues related to employees
The role of a manager at Avito is to build an engaged and effective team. To do this, it is very important to master the knowledge and skills that will be applicable to a variety of teams, as well as to be an active part of the processes of managing people in Avito.

There are basic processes that accompany the work of an employee from the first call of the recruiter and throughout the entire time of work in Avito. In this program, we will analyze and dive into each of these processes:
Selection
Adaptation
Goal setting and evaluation
Training and development
Motivation and C&B
Manifesto
Engagement assessment and wellbeing
Working with low performers
Offboarding (dismissal)
These processes are based on Avito values and accompany us in our daily work.

Online intensive on the Zoom platform
7 workshops for 7 weeks (1 meeting per week), the duration of each workshop is 2 hours
The format of the workshop includes interaction with participants in the format of facilitation, brainstorming and solving practical cases.
Each workshop is accompanied by an internal Avito expert who answers all the questions of the participants and gives developing feedback

Program Content

1. Before the start of the program, all managers receive a prairie and a link to the Managers PlayBook and study the processes described in them;


2. All participants receive a link to the testing (5-7 questions for each block of the people management process) and perform it to consolidate the understanding of the topic and focus on important details of the process.
The manager knows what people management process is in the company and understands his areas of responsibility within these processes
The manager has received tools for effective interaction with his team on people management process issues
Cases of common situations within the people management process have been analyzed and worked out
The manager knows which of his HR colleagues is an expert in a particular field, and who to go to for expertise, or for solving complex cases
